Veterans' Day 2016

Philip Siebbeles, Pastor

VETERANS' SUNDAY SERVICE
November 8, 2015
11:00am

Anyone having served, or is presently active duty military, and their families, are invited to join our congregation as we worship God and honor the veterans across our local communities and Duplin county. On Sunday, November 8, 2015 morning worship will begin at 11:00 am in the church sanctuary located on Highway 41 West in Wallace, North Carolina. Local boy and girl scouts will take part in the service and special music will be provided by guest soloists. At the conclusion of the worship service, our honored guests and their families, will be served a delicious meal in the fellowship hall.

It is our prayer that our area veterans will join us as we set aside a special day to worship God and show our appreciation for their service and sacrifice.

View our pictures from last year's service & luncheon here.

Below is a video honoring our brave men and women who have both served and are currently serving, those who are missing, and those who have gone on to be with our Lord and Saviour. Please enjoy!

The veterans of our military services have put their lives on the line to protect the freedoms that we enjoy. They have dedicated their lives to their country and deserve to be recognized for their commitment.

Thank you for the sacrifices you and your families are making. Our veterans have taught us that no matter what our positions may be on policy, as Americans and patriots, we must support all of our soldiers with our thoughts and our prayers.
